Project _Baju Kurung Pesak Gantung

My recent project. Baju Kurung pesak gantung.. Here are some of the process..

Note: This is not a tutorial.. Just showing the process of my project. But It might inspired you on my future coming tutorial. ^_^

1. Cutting the pattern (Pola baju)

2. This is the way how I take the body part. Measure the wide of the 'body' 1st and fold into 2.

3. Place the body pattern on fabric.

4. Trace pattern on fabric.

5. Always mark 'X' for front part of baju.

6. Cutting sleeves and trace.

7. Trace back neck line on 'kain gam'.

8. Trace front neck line on 'kain gam' and iron both into fabric.

Note: For this baju pesak gantung, I make the neck separate (Not like Kurung asli just round). Because this baju required NO shoulder pad, so the shoulder line down for 1.2".

Creme Blouse.. Front Lace..

Hi friends.. I am so sorry for lacked of update in here.. It's end of the year and I am quite busy with few things.. ^_^ (Do visit my personal blog to see what I am up to ya.. *Wink*)

Let me show you my latest project. It's for my MIL. She is attending a wedding and I totally forgot about it and I quickly cut and sew this last night.. Will continue with the button later.




Cutting process.. I am cutting the border lace to make a simple decor infront of this blouse..




After cutting and edging.. This process, sewing the dart..




Sambung bahu..




I already sew the lace infront of the baju.. Iron semua jahitan supaya kemas.. ^_^




Badan dah siap..




Now I jahit kolar lah pulak.. Kali ni tak guna kain gam keras.. Sebab nak pakai dalam masa terdekat so I use yg nipis je.. ;-p




Bucu kolar.. I always use this method.. Supaya nanti bucu kolar nampak kemas je.. No need use benda tajam utk korek.. ^_^




Snip sekeliling supaya senang nak iron apabila di terbalikkan nanti..




Ha.. Ni lah method yg I guna utk kemas kan bucu kolar tadi tu.. Time terbalikkan kolar just tarik benang tadi and bucu keluar dengan kemas.. Practise make perfect.. I pun tersasar jugak sometimes.. ;-p




Join kolar and badan blouse.. Lepas tu sambung kan tangan (Cara jahit tangan.. style kemeja yer)

Kain pun cukup2 je.. Uhh If tak tau nak jimat kain... Siap laporan lah lu.... ;-p
